By accessing or using FanFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
FanFlow is a creator relationship management platform that helps content creators manage messaging, content, and customer relationships. The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Slushy. Access to certain features may require a paid subscription.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe upon the rights of others; (c) transmit harmful, threatening, or abusive content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by FanFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload or create through the Service.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FanFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
